The TechLabs London and ITI partnership began in 2020 with a clear purpose: connecting exceptional ITI graduates with meaningful careers in technology.
What started as a hiring partnership grew naturally into something broader. Recruitment remained at its heart, while training, events and knowledge-sharing created more ways to support talent across Egypt.
For some TechLabs London consultants, returning to ITI as instructors, mentors and speakers was a full-circle moment - moving from learner to leader in the community that helped shape their own careers.

A hiring partnership
TechLabs London and ITI began working together to connect talented ITI graduates with career opportunities at TechLabs London.
2024
Hiring across Upper Egypt
Hiring activity continued throughout the year, including a dedicated November campaign that extended opportunities across Upper Egypt.

Crowning Day
An in-person celebration brought the community together and created space for an insightful panel discussion.
Early 2025
The Partnership Programme
The relationship became a broader programme by bringing together hiring materials, a dedicated hiring landing page, applicant tracking and intensive training.
Mid 2025
Training across four cities
Intensive programmes reached Assiut, Aswan, Suhag and Bani Suef, taking practical industry learning closer to emerging talent.

AI Conference in Assiut
The partnership convened an in-person conference focused on artificial intelligence and the opportunities shaping technology careers.
